Panel Panic Support
When requesting help with Panel Panic, please include:
- Your iPhone model and iOS version
- The Panel Panic version and build number
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead
- Steps that reproduce the problem, if known
The private support-request channel will be added here before Panel Panic launches. Do not send passwords, payment information, purchase receipts, or other sensitive information in a support request.
Purchases
Non-consumable purchases can be recovered with Restore Purchases in the in-game Store. Consumable coin purchases cannot be restored.
Rewarded ads
Every level always grants 10 coins. A completed optional rewarded ad adds 20 coins once for the eligible match. Closing, skipping, losing connection, or receiving no ad never removes the original level coins.
